RETURNS & REFUNDS
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
To start a return, email support@offcultureworldwide.com with your order number and reason for return.
HOW IT WORKS
- Email us with your order number
- We'll send you a return shipping label
- Ship the item back within 7 days
- Refund processed within 2-7 business days after we receive the item
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
EXCHANGES
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you want.
FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a free return and full refund or replacement.
EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
