HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We ship to all EU countries, the UK, US, Canada, Australia, and most other countries worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return unworn items with tags attached. Email support@offcultureworldwide.com to start a return. Full policy on our Returns & Refunds page.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You'll receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of your order shipping. Click the link in the email to track your package.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES?

No customs charges for EU orders. Non-EU orders may be subject to local import duties — these are the buyer's responsibility.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

Our pieces run oversized. If you want the intended oversized fit, order your normal size. For a more fitted look, size down one. Check the Size Guide on each product page for exact measurements.
